No Paddle Needed – Our Story

No Paddle Needed started with one simple thing—my passion for fishing.

Most of my time was spent fishing from shore and wading through the Indian River Lagoon, chasing new spots and learning the water. Like a lot of people, I always dreamed of owning a boat—but driving a small sedan made that pretty unrealistic.

So I found another way.

I bought an inflatable paddle board so I could get off the bank and reach places I couldn’t before. And it worked. I was spending 10-hour days out on the water, exploring backwaters where most boats can’t even go.

But there was one problem—I was working harder than I needed to.

Fighting wind and current after hours of fishing took a toll, and I knew there had to be a better way to move. I wanted to fish harder, go farther, and stay out longer without burning myself out paddling.

That’s when the idea hit: add a trolling motor.

The problem? There weren’t any real options out there for inflatable boards—at least none that were simple, reliable, and built for how I fished.

So I built my own.

I designed a transom mount that straps directly to an inflatable paddle board—no complicated setup, no bulky systems. Just a clean, solid solution that lets you power your way into the spots that matter.

After two years of testing, refining, and putting it through real conditions, it proved itself.

And now, I’m ready to share it.

No Paddle Needed was built for people like me—anglers and explorers who don’t have a boat, don’t need one, and aren’t willing to let limits hold them back.

Because getting there shouldn’t wear you out.
